ဗေရိအသင်းတော်

        ရှေ့ဦးစွာအဖဘုရားသခင်၏ကျေးဇူးတော်အပေါင်းကို လွန်စွာမှချီးမွမ်းပါ၏။ ဗေရိအသင်းတော်သည် ထာဝအရှင်ဘုရားသခင်၏ နိုးဆော်မှူနှင့် Rev.Zaw Min Maw ရဲ့ဦးဆောင်မူဖြင့် Oct 2020 ခုနှစ်မှာ Home Cell အားဖြင့်နဲ့ စတင်ခဲ့သည်။ ထိုမှတဆင့် ဘုရားသခင်၏ကောင်းကြီးကြောင့် ယုံကြည်သူ ခရစ်ယန်မိသားစု များလာသောကြောင့် အသင်းတော်ကိုဆာငတ်လိုသောဆန္ဒအားဖြင့် တိုင်းရင်းသား ညီအစ်ကို မောင်နမ ယုံကြည်သူများ အသင်းတော်တခုရရှိရန် ဝိုင်းဝန်းဆုတောင်းရှာဖွေခဲ့ကြသည်။ အဖဘုရားရှင်၏ ကျေးဇူးတော်ကြောင့် ဗေရိဆိုသောအသင်းတော်ဖြင့် တည်ထောင်ခွင့်ပြုရခဲ့သည်။ ထိုအသင်းတော်မှာ ယနေ့ထိတိုင်အောင် အဖဘုရားသခင်၏လမ်းပြပို့ဆောင်မူအောက်မှာ အသက်ရှင်သော သခင်ယေရှုခရစ်တော်ကို ယုံကြည်သူတိုင်းရင်းသားညီအစ်ကိုမောင်နှမများ စည်းလုံးစွာဖြင့် ကိုးကွယ်ဝတ်ပြုနေကြခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။

          ဗေရိအသင်းတော်၏အမည်သည် ရှင်ပေါလု သွားရောက်ခဲ့သည့် ဂရိနိုင်ငံရှိ ဘီရီယာမြို့၏ အမည်နာမကို ရွေးချယ်ပြီး ပေးထားခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။ ရှင်ပေါလုသည် ဗေရိမြို့ရှိ အသင်းတော်တည်ထောင်ရန် ကြိုးပမ်းသည့်အခါ လူများသည် ရှင်ပေါလု၏ နှုတ်ကပတ်တရားတော်ကိုခံယူ၍ စိတ်ဝင်စားခဲ့ကြသော်လည်း ဓမ္မဟောင်းကျမ်းကိုလေ့လာခြင်းဖြင့် ရှင်ပေါလု၏စကားများကို မှန်သည်မမှန်သည်ကိုသိစေခြင်းငှါ၊ စစ်ဆေးမည်ဟုဆိုကြသည်။ ထိုနောက်ရှင်ပေါလု၏ နှုတ်ကပတ်တရားတော်ကိုလေးလေးနက်နက်ခံယူလေ့လာပြီးပေါလု၏သတင်းစကားကို လက်ခံခဲ့ကြသည်။ ထိုကြောင့် ဗေရိအသင်းတော်သည် ဘုရားသခင့်နှုတ်မြွက်စကားတော်နှင့် သမ္မာကျမ်းစာကိုလေ့လာခြင်းအပေါ် လေးစားမှုထင်ရှားစေရန် ဗေရိဆိုသောအမည်ကို ရွေးချယ်ခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။

First of all, We would like to thank the Lord Jesus Christ for all His blessings. The Berea Church was started in October 2020 through the Home Cell under the leadership of Rev. Zaw Min Maw, under the inspiration of the Lord God. Through that, because of the blessing of God, the number of Christian families who believed increased, and with the desire to have a church, the ethnic brothers and sisters who believed in the church prayed together to find a church. By the grace of the Christ, we were allowed to establish the Berea Church. That church is still today, under the guidance of the Jesus Christ, ethnic brothers and sisters who believe in the living Lord Jesus Christ, and are united in worship. The name of the Berea Church was chosen after the name of the city of Berea in Greece where Paul visited. When Paul tried to establish a church in Berea, the people were interested in Paul’s words, but they said they would test Paul’s words by studying the Old Testament to see if they were true. Then they took Paul’s words seriously and accepted Paul’s message. That is why the church at Berea chose the name Berea to show their respect for God’s Word and the study of the Bible.
